Bar options at your event?

Whether you serve a signature cocktail or two, have a full bar, or a few selections, cost is what it breaks down to. If you choose to have a cash bar, notifying your guests prior to the event, identification and cash are good to have on hand. Also having a couple hundred dollar in a cash till that are broken into ones, fives, and tens to make change.

Check with your caterer or bar service to make sure that having a cash bar is an option since it falls under selling of alcohol. Most of our brides prefer the limited bar controlling the amount of alcohol being served and the cost. We do not do cash bars, but will help you in the math of purchasing the appropriate amount to go with what you would like to serve.

We suggest as a basic selection, serve a dry white wine such as Chardonnay, a sweet white such as a Pinot Grigio, a full bodied red like a Cabernet Sauvignon, or a Merlot or Syrah, a blush wine like a White Zinfandel is a nice addition to your wedding wine needs. Champagne and sparking non alcoholic counter part for your toast, and at least one bottle of water per guest, two in hot weather as well as one bag of ice (standard) per every ten plus another 10 for cooling, 20 in hot weather months. Too much ice is better than not enough.

If you choose a signature drink or two, we can help break down the formula for your purchasing needs as we do not buy alcohol.

Remember   that you will need a banquet permit from any Washington State run liquor store prior to your event.
